Event Description:
This is the 2-Day Dealer Operators Pre-Licensing Course. 

Each student must bring a government issued photo ID to sign-in to the class.

All independent motor vehicle dealerships are required to have a licensed Dealer Operator. A Dealer Operator must successfully complete this course before being permitted to take the Independent Dealer-Operator Qualification Test at a DMV Customer Service Center.

Please bring a calculator, pen, pencils with erasers, and highlighters to class each day.

​The course test is given at the end of instruction on the second day.  You MUST pass this test with a grade of 80% BEFORE taking the final exam at a DMV Customer Service Center.  Those who do not pass will be required to retake the course at their expense again at a future time.

Class begins each day at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 5:00 p.m.  Students receive one hour for lunch. If possible some of the hotels may offer a lunch option onsite.

Fees/Admission:
Registration ends at 8:00 PM the Sunday before the class or when the class is full.
$485 - includes a $50 MVDB fee which will be submitted by VIADA to the MVDB on your behalf.
If registration is paid 14 calendar days in advance of the class date, there is a $50.00 discount. 

Contact VIADA at info@viada.org if you are unable to attend and need to transfer your registration to a different class date.  There is a $35.00 fee to reschedule to a different class/date. 
If you need to cancel your registration, the cutoff date is noon on the Friday before the class and a $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.  NO REFUNDS given for 'NO SHOWS'. NO EXCEPTIONS!
