This is a Dealer Operator Recertification course. The course will be held on the ZOOM platform.
You will need the following materials to participate in the course:
You will need to have your camera on during the entire course and course exam. There are no study materials needed prior to the class. Everything you will be tested on will be taught and discussed in class. Do not hesitate to ask questions if you are unsure of a topic or need additional explanations.
It is recommended that those unfamiliar with the ZOOM platform practice with another individual ahead of time. You can go to Zoom.us , host a meeting with another individual, and familiarize yourself with the platform.

Each student must bring a government issued photo ID to sign-in to the class.

- WITH Microphone and Camera
- the ZOOM application installed
- a stable internet connection

Dealer Operator Requirements:
- Independent Dealer Operators will recertify every 24 months
- The Dealer Operator recertification course will be Instructor-led (in-person or virtual) for 4 hours in duration
- An exam will be given at the conclusion of the course instead of after each “chapter”.
- The MVDB fee for recertification is $50.00 and is included in the course fee. VIADA will pay the $50 fee to MVDB after you complete the course.
