Event Description:
**PLEASE READ** This is a recertification course for dealers who need to recertify their Dealer Operator License. This course will be held on the ZOOM platform. You will need the following materials to participate in the course:
You will need to have your camera on during the entire course and course exam. There are no study materials needed prior to the class. Everything you will be tested on will be taught and discussed in class. Do not hesitate to ask questions if you are unsure of a topic or need additional explanations.
It is recommended that those unfamiliar with the ZOOM platform practice with another individual ahead of time. You can go to Zoom.us , host a meeting with another individual, and familiarize yourself with the platform.

Each student must bring a government issued photo ID to sign-in to the class.
- A working computer or internet capable phone
- the ZOOM application
- a stable internet connection
- a working camera on the device you plan to use for the class.
- a microphone. (Some devices have them built in. Others may not. It is up to the student to determine whether or not their device has a built in microphone or if they will need an external microphone.)

- Independent dealer-operators will recertify every 24 months, instead of every 36 months.
- The dealer-operator recertification course will be instructor-led (in-person or virtual) for 4 hours in duration instead of 6 hours digitally.
- An exam will be given at the conclusion of the course instead of after each “chapter”.
- The Motor Vehicle Dealer Board fee for recertification will increase to $50.00 instead of $25.00 and will be collected by the vendor at time of registration.
